Westlake Athletic Club is a vibrant, full-service private athletic club in Westlake Village, California, where community, wellness, and exceptional member experiences come together. Our 15+ court facility specializes in racquet sports (tennis and pickleball), aquatics, and fitness programming, serving families, individuals, and juniors across the greater Westlake area.

You're flexible and reliable. Our club operates early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Many of our roles require availability during these times to serve our members when they need us most.

You're committed to excellence. You care about the details—from the accuracy of member information to the cleanliness of our facilities to the quality of your instruction.
role-specific skills we value
Depending on the position, we may look for:
Coaching & Instruction: Relevant certifications (USPTA, PTR, PPR, CPR, First Aid, personal training credentials), proven teaching experience, ability to work with diverse skill levels and age groups
Customer Service: Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, problem-solving abilities, professional presentation
Facilities: Physical stamina, attention to detail, ability to work independently, swimming ability required for evening/closing shifts, knowledge of pool and court maintenance
Fitness & Aquatics: Current certifications, specialization in specific modalities, experience with program development
